Why can’t I book and pay online immediately?

This is because we need to confirm with suppliers (hotels, airlines, ports etc) that the seats are available on that date. There isn’t a huge electronic system that integrates everything in Asia and there is a lot of manual work involved. Some bigger hotels are linked together, as well as most European or American airlines which allow you to book and pay online.

Do you do travel packages for outside of Asia?

We focus on Asia first and then branch out all over the world. Feel free to signup to our newsletter when you wish to know about new packages.

Do you provide travel from other cities other than Beijing?

Do you do group travel?

We sure do! When booking with us, please put group related information inside the comments field so we can deal with your order differently. This means we'd try to get group rooms or seats together so that groups do not break up. There are also some activities that must be considered as part of a group so that no-one is left out.

What if I want to cancel my travel plans?

Cancellation is possible but depends on each travel and the period of time before departure.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Not at the moment. This is because the travel insurance industry in China is not high enough quality to offer it to you. We don't want to be associated with inferior products and we do our best to try and shield you from future inconveniences. But We recommend getting travel insurance.

Do I have to pay online?

Not at all. It is convenient for those who have credit cards, but for those who do not or wish not to you can visit our office in chaowaimen to pay in person. The address is listed above and on our Contact us page
